Project Overview:

Join our group's initiative to design a cutting-edge digital product aimed at empowering community outreach efforts. We envision a tool that helps our organization and others identify and connect with positive and truthful content creators on social media. This 'creator stock app' will analyze publicly available data to provide insights into creator content, helpking us understand online narratives and discover valuable partners for our projects. As a volunteer UX designer, you will gain valuable experience in user research, information architecture, data visualization, and ethical design considerations. This is an unpaid position offering portfolio development, design mentorship, networking opportunities, and reference letters.

Project Structure:

• Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week
• Duration: 8-18 weeks
• Focus: Building digital products for non-profits
• Emphasis on inclusive design and accessibility

Technical Requirements:

• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication skills
• Based in East Bay, San Francisco
